I've cashed out a lot of points this month and they've all posted.

I didn't check my Hilton account until about five days after that redemption but they were there and it's possible it was instant.

I did the $25 Best Buy gift card and had that card emailed to me within 5 minutes.

I did the $50 Starbucks redemption and had that card immediately.
