I would
definitely take a look at fare availability for your flight. Seat maps are not a good indicator of flight load. There may be a lot of 'non-elites' on the flight who will be placed in economy+ if economy is full. I'd pick an aisle/window based on your preference and if the other aisle/window seat in the row is taken (for example 23A). Middle seats are usually the last to go.
