Coming off an int'l flight at YYZ, one can now connect back into the int'l departure E gates without having to all the way to the end and then back... the int'l to int'l customs control booths are now BEFORE the long people movers.

I wonder what took GTAA so long... or CBSA... or whatever.
Seems not to be the case any more. Every time I have arrived at International in the last month the "streamlined" desks have been closed and people have been required to travel the entire length of the (often not functioning) people movers, then go through CBSA control and then all the way back again to the E gates.
