I don't recall ever seeing Deluxe/Elite fares that low. The web site says it's a promo with ticketing period through 10/24/2016.

Availability ex SEA as of yesterday was excellent from late January on, which is still high season in SE Asia. My travel agent was able to do even a little better than that price for a mid-week trip in February 2017... quite a deal.
