muffy77, I guess you were not a participant in the Amex/Delta October Triple Miles promotion in 2002. This was a far bigger fiasco than the current Amex/Starwood promotion. As pathetic as Amex is I think you (we) are way ahead as a participant with Starwood than Delta.
