It's fairly obvious it didn't land like that. Both tyres are completely intact and it wouldn't have been possible to leave the runway had they landed with the gear in that position.
The nose wheel defect obviously happened shortly before they stopped.

Indeed, that's the normal exit point an A319 would use, so it wouldn't have been high speed. Looks to me like the noise wheel turned to the right OK, but then didn't stop turning when they straightened up.
