Yeah, the nose gear was cocked at 90º, which it shouldn't be.
But ... aircraft of all sorts and sizes have landed with random gear configuration over the decades, or even none. No, of course it 'shouldn't happen', but
sometimes it does. And the AAIB, and the aviation world generally [Civ
and Mil), take note and try to minimise the possibility of a repeat occurrence.
If I had been on that aircraft, I wouldn't have been worried about the landing, just 'prepared' and expecting the Captain's skill to make the best of a bad job ... which he, and many others, clearly did. The delayed arrival would have annoyed me more

It's fairly obvious it didn't land like that. Both tyres are completely intact and it wouldn't have been possible to leave the runway had they landed with the gear in that position.
The nose wheel defect obviously happened shortly before they stopped.
Not a serious incident.
As for the LIM incident, it wasn't even an incident. Just a simple return to stand and crew out of hours.
