With the amount of SHENA many members claim occurs with Delta, this is in no way out of the realm of possibility.

When I ask to speak to a supervisor on any customer service call, I have visions of the phone agent muting the line and then calling out to the room full of agents and asking "Who wants to play supervisor today?"
