However DL doesn't let you decide that later on. You have to decide before the first flight in the reservation is flown.
What i'm trying to accomplish is:
1.) Delta remove my miles from the SkyMiles account so I can't be accused of double dipping. (DONE)
2.) FlyingBlue to credit me the miles by giving them my boarding pass/itinerary and my Delta statement showing that the miles haven't been credited. (FAILED - flying blue wants a "certificate" from delta stating that the miles haven't been credited)
Delta CSR's tell me they can't send me this certificate.
