CAT is a special train specifically to service the airport. It's 10 EUR+

Railjet (& InterCity) train have only recently serviced the airport, and thus wont be listed in a guide predating it.

Otherwise they fall in the same zone scheme meaning to travel Zone 280 cost ~2EUR and ~4EUR inclusive of transfer within vienna core (Zone 100)
