I now need a certificate or something official from Delta to give to FlyingBlue so they will credit my account. I sent flyingblue a screenshot from my Delta account and that didn't work. I asked Delta what to do and they said flyingblue can call them but they can't produce a certificate. FlyingBlue on the other hand says we can only accept a certificate and it can only be credited via our website -- no human will talk to you.

Any thoughts or contacts welcome.
