That's good you complained to the diamond desk to make them aware of it. Hopefully they'll review the recording.
Makes sense they gave you a human instead of a recording. You can just ignore a recording. A pushy salesman is going to be a lot more likely to push you into something.
A friend of mine likes to mess with them and will ask them stuff like if they have timeshares in places like Detroit or they can pay with an EBT card
I figure telemarketers are just doing a job and will just politely say I'm not interested and hang up if they get too pushy
