I recently flew VS LAX/LHR/LAX and boy the difference since CO stopped purchasing seats on Virgin I have CO Gold, flying Coach, and at LAX was checked in at the Upper Class Desk, and had Priority Boarding;..however at LHR I was told to check in at Premium Economy and was not allowed preboarding priviliges even though ereryone was welcomed to the VS/CO Codeshare flight). A big difference from one year ago!!!

Has anyone else experienced this?

At LHR CO does not have a desk anymore, so NO PASSES TO A LOUNGE .The oubound flight was fine, but on the return my special meal was not on board, my inflight system did not work, it took four hours to get a DVD Player, and FOUR requests to get a US Customs form. I think I have taken my last VS flight; and for those of us on the West Coast the connections to get to London on CO are a pain!!
