RailJet is a special type of train used by the ÖBB. And is generally used for longer journeys. The S-Bahn trains are what run from Schwechat airport to Vienna (plus the CAT service). You can also get off the S7 train at the Praterstern station (next stop) and catch the U1 train to Stephansplatz.
