Under which tab/ screen you find it? Do you only have the legacy card?

DH has one legacy one does not have the 10K. Somehow the without always being the "lead" card once logged in. Have to choose View all account to bring up the legacy. However the 10K disappears.

Just check again - and the 10K shows up now under Earn AA Miles - it was definitely NOT there before when I looked earlier today.
Also on this logged in, the legacy is the "lead card" to show up - this has never happened after the site upgrade.
