TSA precheck should be available at SFO, used it about two months ago when transiting through.

As an example, it was a 1pm(ish) Sunday mint flight to Boston (can't say that it's a busy time then), went from the curb to our seats in about 5 minutes..., they had just started the Mosaic boarding process.
