Strictly speaking, the rule is that you cannot enter before 2:55 AM. In practice, you may be able to pull it off. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it though - the hotels near Sahar Airport are not particularly expensive, and 5AM wakeup is not ridiculously early. You'll want to arrive at the terminal no later than 5:25 for a 6:55AM flight.
