I would love some help using my QPoints and QCredits. I am relatively new to QRPC. My flights are all paid J class on routes which have no F cabin. My checked bags are always below the allowance; I keep clothes in both locations. (I commute between BOS and BKK.)

Currently I have 766 QPoints and I'm not exactly sure how many QCredits. Given my flying pattern, what can I do with them? I would love some help and suggestions.
