Was having a chat with a Senior Cabin crew, who was clearly distressed at the direction BA are travelling with the no frills approach.

One of the most interesting parts was when they mentioned that they had met Mr Cruz when we came to take to senior crew. He allegedly told them that they were great, and described they as the cherry on the top.... Just that people no longer wanted the cherry on the top and that's why they were being offered voluntary redundancy.
