Southwest effect (and 767's!) hit PHL

Had been pricing out PHL-FLL tickets for first week of Sept. A few weeks ago US/UA had been around $162, DL $187. Checked this week, US/UA the same, Delta went up to $210, but Southwest had fares from $116-$135 (RT w/ taxes) (depending if 0, 1, or 2 total connections)
Checked on delta.com a little while ago, they seem to be matching with a fare of $127.90. I put two tickets on reservation, when I started to make the seat selections, I was shocked to see both the PHL-ATL and ATL-PHL flights are showing as 767's! I don't remember ever seeing a DL 767 in PHL (closest is the 767 AF runs from PHL-CDG).

I can see DL having to lower their price to match Southwest (doesn't help they both operate out of the same E concourse), are they also trying to increase their capacity out of PHL as well (I guess larger planes allow them to offer more lower priced tickets)? And everyone thought USAirways was the real Southwest target at PHL. Less than 4 weeks before they start operating at PHL, it's going to get very interesting...
