I prefer being farther forward - rows 3 and 4 would be my pick. I like being farther from the coach seating and with a one seat buffer from the front bathrooms. Also farther forward of the engines.

Some people like the last rows (6 and 9) because they seem more secluded.

None if those seats are bad - but I think the farther back you go the more noise enters the cabin. Of course as soon as I say that a noisy passenger will sit next to me but still... on the whole I'd more forward.
