I'm going SEA-AMS on DL144 next fall, shows as an A330-200. We (me and spouse) currently are in 7A and 8A. We both like window seats. My question is about which A rows are best.

We generally like mini cabins, so I picked 7A & 8A. 7A is a bulkhead, so (I think) may have a tiny bit of extra storage space forward of the seat (for light stuff while in cruise config) - I've seen comments grousing about limited storage space on these seats generally. OTOH, it's right behind the bulkhead, and some folks complain about noise from the galley on the other side of the bulkhead. Optimizing the sleep experience is a priority for me (I'm a light sleeper, and even with earplugs in, high frequency noise can disturb my sleep).

Any comments/experiences here about a) the feel of the mini cabin versus the main DeltaOne cabin; and b) is noise from the galley much of an issue on this flight?

Lots of other seats are available if I want to switch (if 7A really is noisy, I'd probably shoot for 3A & 4A), so your input is welcome. Your thoughts? Thanks!!!
