I still don't understand why QF let JQ operate so many aspects of the business so poorly.
You can't use the excuse that being a LCC means pax should expect delays or cancellations (which is a line the CEO of Palmeraston North airport used earlier in the year when he said the staff were new and the airline was a startup!).
I still don't know why they're bothering with JQ in the NZ market, the brand should be QF and it should be targeting NZ. Air NZ need better competition, and JQ aren't delivering that.
