Yes, was there a couple of weeks ago and had a few F pax cut in front of me. Oh well.

I'm surprised by your AA experience: you are normally offered line cutting at stations with flagship checkin (JFK, ord, lax). Special services agent walk you there, at lax there is even an actual path reserved for it. I've also had it at mia but it seemed more random.
Yes, was going to say the same. JFK Flagship check in for AA also has a special path that effectively drops you off at the head of the PreCheck line.
But correct that there is no arrivals service.
For AA on certain routes (LAX-SYD I believe, not sure about the DFW/LAX-HKG), they give F pax the "Five Star" service which is effectively a personal escort all the way through, including line-cutting, at both ends. You can also pay for Five Star service in a handful of domestic and international airports if you are booked in J or F, although they note that at certain locations they may not be able to help you get through customs & immigration any faster.

They also do that at other airports in the world, at least the ones where I have used them (NRT, PVG, HKG, EZE, MEX, GRU, GIG, JNB, YUL, DXB, AUH, DOH, ...)
FWIW, it's been a few years since I flew LH F, but I'm pretty sure I didn't get any escort through TSA at JFK or EWR, other than access to the regular priority line. And no escort from lounge to boarding.

I flew LX F from BOM several years ago as well, and while I had a personal escort, I did NOT get any expedited access through departure immigration; it was roughly an hour-long line. She was supposed to come get me in the "lounge" before boarding, but I just wanted to get on the plane, so left on my own.
