Website Check-in problems

I could not finish check in online, apparently there was a screen timeout.

Now the website blocks my access to print my boarding passes because it says I have already checked in.

In addition it does not show that I have a seat assigned. I tried 3x to get seat assignments over the phone, in each case was told I had one but then the website did not show it and they could not see any previous seat assignment history. Finally got someone to confirm they could see it after the 3rd attempt. It did show at check in finally (only after I started thew process) but then the screen timed out.

Now the website again does not show my seat.

What gives? Am I checked in or not?

Do I have a seat?

Is there anyway to print my boarding passes?
