didn't check the app. i used my priority pass to get into the boardroom, and they mentioned since i was not an actual board room member, they could not help me, which shocked me. so i went straight to the service desk, thinking that would have been quicker.
i originally was booked on the 11pm to RDM, then a 5am to PDX connecting to SNA. i'm sure i could have spent the night on my own dime and take a flight back to SNA on sunday, but i wanted to get to my bed. so ONT was the best option. it took about 20-25 minutes for the agent to actually process it.
on another note. i woke up late that morning going to SNA. got to the gate at 6:40 for the 7am departure and was told the door was already closed. on top of that, they said i was not on the list of people to page. that shocked me as well. all in all, could have been a mess of a day that ended up fairly smooth, minus the 35 minute uber ride back to SNA.
