I saw 3 weeks ago warning signs in Moscow check inn desk´s and Finnair banned it 2 days ago

SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE7 DEVICES PROHIBITED ON FINNAIR FLIGHTS

15 October 2016

Starting 15 October 2016, due to security reasons customers on Finnair flights are not allowed to transport any Samsung Galaxy Note7 devices as checked baggage or carry-on baggage. The phones also cannot be shipped as air cargo.

The above restrictions also apply to interline transit passengers with connection to Finnair flights.
