PDX managed to hit a new low this past Friday (10/14). I booked Premium for the weekend, thinking that might be the key to a better experience. As there is no premium aisle at PDX, you have to go to the little office next to the aisle. There was a family there with some sort of reservation issue that was taking forever. The guy sort of rudely asked what I needed, and I mentioned that I had a premium reservation. He said, "I'm too busy to deal with that, take something off the aisle" as if he's doing me a big favor.
Needless to say, I was not pleased. I don't know why I keep bothering with National at this location.
