I used to stay regularly at the FS and the service is a level above what I got at the Gallia. The major problem with the FS is getting there via taxi (from anywhere outside the center). To get to the FS in a taxi you must go through a maze of narrow streets that are vulnerable to the slightest disruption. And if you want to leave the FS, via taxi, at peak hours, you can wait quite a while if there are no taxis available in the center.
