I also think Dolder Grand is a great choice for Zurich. The hotel is removed from the city with amazing views, great spa and pool as well as top notch food.

Their service is some of the best I have seen. When we were stuck in the city and could't find a taxi to make it back in time to pick up our luggages and go to the airport they quickly organized their house car, put our luggages in and rushed us to the airport, all free of charge. Their concierge was very efficient and proffessional as well.

I would also highly recommend their sunday brunch.
