Plenty of time to do all that.
My estimates for exiting the terminal are highly exaggerated because i prefer to be on the safe side, but i'm hoping to get there much faster.
Is it possible to buy roundway tickets for both the airtrain and the LIRR? I'd like to save time so i can get back to JFK quickly, turns out my flight departs at 8:30 not 9pm as i previously thought. Also, do i need to buy a MetroCard?
For now, the plan is LIRR to Penn Station, walking up to Times Square, Rockefeller and TOTR, then make it to Central Park up to Bethesda Terrace. If i still have time i'd get down to Battery Park and finally head back to JFK.
