Surcharge when redeeming stay plus benefit (free night )
As the title suggests the hotel i wish to book for 3 nights is wanting to charge me a surcharge for the night i redeem through the Stay Plus benefit
Now i certainly haven't seen this before but was wondering if anyone else had indeed encountered this surcharge in the past and if it was normal ?

The hotel in question is The Sebel Noosa
