I've started creating a bit of variety on brunch by ordering special meals every few brunch flights. Last week kosher was smoked halibut, three cheeses and a plate of actually edible fruit as opposed to the tasteless 'always in season' melon and pineapple of the default brunch. I'll have it again.
Muslim meals are probably similar to kosher, usually involve some form of salad with chicken, not dissimilar to some lunches I have had on DUB flights. Agreed, they are good for switching up brunch, you will get some meat or fish as opposed to the tofu you often get for asian vegetarian. Kosher avoids prawns I suppose.
