Personal assistants accompany passengers through security to the lounge and come and pick them up from the lounge before departure, asking passengers whether they prefer to board early or late.
United and American have - as expected - nothing.
Even though I wasn't aware of it till recently (my normal routine is no luggage, no stop at check in), BA does security line cutting for F at JFK. They will walk with you from the F check in desk to front of the priority queue and say something to the guy who checks passports and you are next.
I'm surprised by your AA experience: you are normally offered line cutting at stations with flagship checkin (JFK, ord, lax). Special services agent walk you there, at lax there is even an actual path reserved for it. I've also had it at mia but it seemed more random.
