A phone not working didn't make me furious. Having to ask 5 times over 3 days to get it fixed and in working order did, though. As did a manager telling me he'd be up with an engineer soon...and not have anyone come in 30 min.
Slow service at a bar didn't make me furious. Not having any service for us at all because of a special event--with no notice and no posting anywhere--did, though. Especially after they couldn't fix a darn phone!
