FYI, I made a booking for 11pm or so on a Saturday. It wasn't incredibly cheap, but compared to what National wanted it made a lot more sense ($88 vs $38).

I got there and two agents were working the counter, lines were 2-3 deep and of course, everybody had problems of one sort or another.

Waited for about 25mins until I finally gave up and left...ended using a couple Free Days I had with National. Where I walked in and drove out in less than 2mins.
