You may only get RC access, but even then only if it the RC floors are not sold out.
If you don't get RC or access, they will give you breakfast coupons for an exceptional buffet at Swan Court. Breakfast is served until just before lunch time, and the buffet rivals some of the best brunch buffets I have seen. You can upgrade to a full "hot" buffet for a nominal charge.
If you are more interested in the food than some free drinks, these breakfast coupons are a better deal. I think if they offer me only RC in the future, I would ask for the coupons instead. You can eat a "brunch" every day, and then enjoy the great restaurants for dinner. The RC is a poor substitute for dinner.
