Just a note that I had similar issues when several bars were closed and I was sent from bar to bar before ending up on the first floor when looking for a drink. One of the issues at the hotel seems to be that they can't quite span being a hotel for individual guests and hosting group events. During my last visit there were large groups of visitors from various companies taking over parts of the hotel leaving few areas for guests.
