I did not disconnect the card because it is the only card I have currently with Paypal. In terms of the transaction, the amount and organization is billed from is correct, here is how it looks for two attempted charges:

Such attempts and then reversal are eight, as I said. Seems they are trying to bill, it does not go and gets reversed, then another attempt comes. When logging on at Paypal there is no information about
posted transaction because all above are 'pending' and then reversal.
Card can't get replaced because it is prepaid card which still has some balance.
