Well maybe that is the case but Hy-Vee always seemed to be anti-contactless even back in 2013 even when I made my first ever Google Wallet transaction(ctls) there. Then when I tried to use it again like 1-2 months later it was turned off and it is still off to this day. I even went to one on the ctls locator and it was still off although one location did have a register with NFC enabled but I haven't been back to see if its still on but I doubt it is now.
Goodwill pos will vary so not all use iSC250's with NCR Counterpoint, but I've seen iCT220/250's with EMV/NFC enabled at a different Goodwill division as well. Its really hard to know what solution that each separate Goodwill is using.
