The YVR office has a really nice design on the wall behind the desk. It has a nice plant and IIRC, 3 chairs - 2 facing the desk. (It even felt like home when the cleaning person came n to vacuum.)
What I really liked was the natural light, and it just seemed more warm and welcoming than the dark cube (memories of The Borg?)
Oh, and if anyone is listening, the AC in the YYZ office hasn't worked for quite a while. Maybe put up a fan.
