Thanks Zack for your reply. Yes I go to GIG often. 2 to 4 times a yr. I am going on UAL in P in a few weeks on UAL as AC is a goner on this route. AC should recognize these partner routes but they have not which is a major issue since canellation of GIG and reduced capacity to GIG using 787s.

I am trying to figure out what to do in early January as the AC route controllers are restricting flights from Flex. They now have smaller planes flying too which adds to the dilemma. I want to go AC to use up my 100+ E ups remaining and not buy a P or Z fare as I just want to enjoy the perks I have earned from AC.
