Difficulty getting GOL airlines credit to DL
Had 4 domestic Brazil flights in July and August. All four I got treated well as a DL Gold-- Y+ seats, priority checkin and boarding. So I know my Sky miles number was in the reservations.
Upon return to USA I faxed twice to Sky miles and got nothing. Looking at Orbitz all of the segments show "cancelled". Huh?
Posting this because by coincidence a friend is going thru the same issues with GOL not crediting -- he bought directly from GOL but same run around. Thoughts?
