You will receive all the usual priority services, extra bag of 23kg and lounge in Amsterdam, Mexico-City and Cancun.
I thought officially free seat assignments (and exit row) are only for Club Premier Platinum/Titanium or full-flex tickets, but calling (or using the online chat) indeed might do the trick.
