why don't you want to do immigration in Phuket? that's the normal way to do if you have a connecting international flight from BKK; if you stay domestic, you can also not check your bags through and have to pick them up and check in again in BKK; in addition I doubt you would get pick up and escort service for F in HKT and BKK
