FLIGHT DETAILS:
April 29 HND->CAN 10:45am-2:35pm
21h 10min lay-over in CAN
April 30 CAN->WUH->SVO 11:45am-1:30pm (CAN-WUH technical stop for refueling)
1h 45min technical stop in WUH (not permitted to leave the airplane)
3:10pm-7:15pm (WUH-SVO)

Counting the technical stop, I will stay in China from 2:35pm to 3:10pm, thus more than the 24 hour limit. However, I won't be allowed to get out of the plane anyway in the technical stop in WUH. Do you think I can still be allowed for a TWOV in CAN?

Thanks!!
The WUH stop (not for refueling, BTW) is a bit dangerous, but since it is less than two hours, you should be okay.
