You can use Staples rewards to buy more FAR stuff or buy something you need. They run promos on breakroom stuff reguarly (K-cups & paper towels, etc).

For VGCs, I've been using them to pay utility and insurance bills. I've seen people using AP to liquidate them. AFAIK, you can't set PINs on these Visa GCs(Chase) so BB/MO are not even an option.
