Manage My Booking/ OLCI
Yesterday, I had to change the return date for a flight with MFU. The BAEC NA agent said she would send an e mail to confirm the change. As of this morning, no e mail had appeared. When I went to check the reservation under Manage My Booking it says "Not updateable online". Calling BAEC NA reservations, I was told that customers who change the date can't access their reservation through Manage My Booking/OLCI. I pointed out to the agent that I had been able to do so previously. That made no impression. What is the point of this rule? If it is to irritate passengers it certainly succeeded with me.
BTW - still no e-tkt or e-mail confirmation of return travel date. How long does it take BAEC NA to send an e mail?
