My question is if I send him a golden ticket, will he receive it along with the reason?

My reason for awarding my ticket to him:

"I would personally like to thank Alex Cruz for his outstanding work in turning British Airways into the most expensive low cost carrier.

Not only has he achieved this in such as short space of time, but his work on alienating loyal customers is remarkable.

From removing a single flower from the first class toilet to his revolution of buy-on-board, charging for water on short haul flights. What will he do next? How far can he possibly go?

Every time I fly with British Airways, I think of Alex Cruz."


Anyone else have any better reasons for awarding him this privilege?
