At least it was closed when I stayed there this past winter. Given the location I would assume that still holds true - we were given vouchers for the breakfast buffet in the restaurant.

I actually prefer the Sheraton North if you are there for a quick layover only - much closer to the airport and a lounge that is open every day of the week. Sadly rates are a lot higher than the $59 you posted, though.
